• Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and login credentials. For paid subscriptions, Celify may receive confirmation of subscription status (such as active, expired, or renewal date), but we do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank information, or billing addresses. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple or Google through their secure in-app purchase systems.
• App Activity: Search history, saved favorites, viewed listings, and general interactions within the app.
• Device & Technical Data: Device type, operating system version, crash reports, performance diagnostics, and general usage analytics.
• Dietary Preference Input: Users may choose to manually enter dietary preferences or restrictions (such as dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free, vegan, etc.) to personalize recommendations. This information is collected only to customize search results and is not considered medical or clinical data. Celify does not collect, request, or store symptom tracking or medical condition reporting.
• Interaction Data: Anonymous prompts or questions submitted to features to improve accuracy and safety. These interactions are not linked to personal identifying information. Celify does not collect sensitive information such as medical records, biometric identifiers, government identification numbers, or payment card data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect only the data necessary to operate and improve the Celify platform.

3. No Medical Advice

Celify is not responsible for outcomes related to dietary or health decisions made based on app information.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Celify does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

• Service Providers such as cloud hosting, authentication tools, or analytics services that support app functionality
• Legal authorities, if required to comply with applicable law or protect user safety

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All subscription transactions are securely processed through the App Store or Google Play. Celify never stores or manages full payment card details. All billing and refund policies are governed by Apple and Google directly.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain user data only as long as necessary to operate and improve the service.

Users may delete their account and associated data at any time through in-app settings or by emailing celifyhealth@gmail.com. Upon request, all stored personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. However, no digital platform is completely secure, and users assume responsibility when sharing information online.

8. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy and safety of restaurant or product ingredient information. Ingredient lists, manufacturing practices, and food handling procedures may change without notice. Celify does not guarantee the accuracy of external content and is not liable for dietary decisions or potential exposure to allergens.

9. Children’s Privacy

Celify is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that a child has provided information, we will delete it promptly.

10. Links to External Content

Celify includes links to third-party websites such as restaurants, grocery, and recipe sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites. Users should review third-party policies before providing information.

11. Features and User Content

Celify’s features generate educational responses based on general knowledge and trusted third-party resources. Responses should not be interpreted as medical or nutritional advice. Anonymous interaction data may be used to improve safety, accuracy, and performance.

Celify is designed to comply with Apple App Store privacy requirements and applicable U.S. privacy expectations. While Celify does not store clinical medical records, we follow best-practice standards for secure handling of lifestyle and preference data.
